Who owns the atlas?
You do. It is your business's knowledge, delivered as documents you keep and a map you can open.
Do I need BOISE AI to use it?
No. An atlas works on its own. If you later want an AI agent that answers from it, BOISE AI builds those.
What if nobody knows the answer?
Then the atlas says so. A gap is marked as a gap, so you can decide who should work it out.
